Have you heard of BookBub? It’s a free daily email services that lets you know about great deals, including free reads on acclaimed ebooks. You decide what kind of books you’d like to read when you sign up, and they send you a daily email of books chosen to meet your preferences. BookBub doesn’t sell books. The deals they offer are through Amazon, Barnes & Noble’s Nook store, Apple’s iBookstore, and others. Book publishers use this site to promote their authors. the BookBub staff works with them to make their promotions work. The books selected for promotion come from a variety of authors, but not every book selected to BookBub will be chosen. Their team is picky and their experts make sure they feature quality books that you’ll love.
I hadn’t heard of BookBub until Crimson Romance contacted me to tell me Fire Angel, the romance suspense book I’d released with them last year was going to be the BookBub selection of the day on October 3, 2014. I was curious and so signed up for BookBub myself. I love it and have supported other Crimson authors by buying their books when these are available.
Since the Book Bub promotion ended on October 11th, Fire Angel has continued to sell an average of 4 copies a day. I’m amazed and truly grateful to Crimson for this opportunity. I hope in the days, weeks, and months to come, those who bought the book will consider buying another of mt efforts. It’s really hard to become established as an author, and I’m grateful to Tara and Julie and all the rest of the Crimson staff for this wonderful opportunity.

So what’s next? Julie let me in on a wonderful surprise. Stay tuned for another wonderful opportunity for promotion from Crimson Romance in December.
